There have been two sides to Andy’s life – one working for Reuters the information company in Europe and the US in everything from journalism though sales and marketing to venture investing, the other back in the UK as a business creator starting with Investing for Good (2003), Greenfield Ventures (2004), Working Knowledge (2007) and now Applied Knowledge (2010). Educated firstly as an engineer and then in business, Andy is a Chartered Marketer and a non-exec at Interstate Associates. Six books – ‘Inventuring’ (2003), ‘Services Marketing’ (2014), Innovation for Marketers, Marketing Strategy and Metrics for Marketers (all Cambridge Marketing Press 2015) and ‘Getting to 10’ (2015).
Tom is widely experienced in the design and delivery of programnes from media campaigns to interventions for organisational improvement, unlocking strategic opportunities and solving complex organisational problems. This work supports and adds value to traditional consulting work using strategic ‘process’ interventions and sense-making processes.
Customer Support and Admin
Before joining Applied Knowledge, Helen started, managed and sold a business with her husband. This really opened her eyes to the challenge and gave her a keen understanding of small business processes and the importance of good organisation.
At Applied Knowledge she runs the Customer Support and Administration functions alongside a wide range of other administrative activities. Helen is also a qualified teaching assistant in Key Stage 1.
Steve runs our technical development partner Junari which develops Tailored Business Management Software including our MAPP web service. Steve has been been providing Quality, Project and Test Management expertise to a wide range of organisations for many years always with a view as to how products and services can help businesses grow.
